DEDICATED TO MAMMA PIXIE-I: TRANSPARENT FLOWER POT RECLAIMED AFTER CRITTERS DAMAGED IT

On December 12, 2019, I had shared with you how I had made a transparent flower pot and dedicated it to my Mamma Pixie: https://vaasudevaykutumb.blogspot.com/2019/12/dedicated-to-mamma-pixie-transparent.html

When I gazed at the flower pot on the morning of December 14, 2019, I saw critters had ripped off a portion of thermacol base of the flower pot. I immediately devised a method to reclaim the damaged flower pot.

To fix flower pot I needed:

1. Paper pulp: Vinegar, salt, paper, water
2. Empty milk sachets
3. Caps of empty bottle or tube
4. Fevicol MR glue
5. Oil paints

I needed a few tools to fix the damage:

1. A pair of scissors
2. Mixer-blender
3. Glue gun with a glue stick
4. Paintbrush
5. Paint thinner
6. Cloth rag to clean paintbrush etc.

Hey! presto! transparent flower pot now has a brand new look!

DEDICATED TO MAMMA PIXIE: TRANSPARENT FLOWER POT

My mother Pixie adopted me in the month of July or August of 2007. She was a darling of each and every member of the family, including Winnie and Goldie(female and male Golden Retrievers.)
She was always by my side aware of my sorrow and happiness. She enjoyed a stroll alongside me after dinner. She loved to be near me while I tried my hand in doodling, writing or crafting anything expressing my thoughts and emotions.
In the month of October, the local veterinarian diagnosed her with kidney problems. Within a span of a month and a half, her condition deteriorated in spite of medical intervention, Sad enough, we were the cause of the delay in the medical intervention. On December 4, 2019, Pixie suffered from severe indigestion and loss of appetite. We consulted a veterinarian,, who prescribed medicines for her along with ORS. She didn't respond positively to antibiotic and steroid medicines vet gave to her through drips. We tried in every possible way to save her from the ailment and its agony, but could not stop Pixie from breathing her last on December 10, 2019. Her final resting place is in a garden. We spread flowers all over her so that they would dry up into seeds growing into flowering plants over her mortal remains.
She fell ill while I was making this flower pot and on the night of December 9, 2019, while I was completing the pot with the hope that it would have a positive effect on Pixie relaxing on her bedroll laid on the floor close to me. She kept observing me working on the flower pot and stopped groaning in pain. She looked at me when I stopped painting the flower pot as though she was asking me, "So, you have finally made the flower pot!" I sat down beside her, talking to her and caressing her pain-ridden frail body. Both of us did not know this was the last work we did and completed together.
May Mamma Pixie's noble soul be blessed with eternal peace.
On December 10, I planted bleeding heart leaves in the flower pot in loving memory of Mamma Pixie,
